Accounts Payable Coordinator-London King's Cross

We are looking for an experienced accounts payable controller (preferably from retail) to join our Multi-Disciplinary Finance Team. This role will be reporting to the Finance Manager. This diverse Finance role covers all aspects of Accounts Payable, Expenses, Stock and Freight invoices.

Role and responsibilities

- Process and post all purchase invoices as per the group?s approval and payment policies.
- Process all stock and Freight invoices and liaise with Merchandise and Logistics team to solve discrepancies with POs and invoices.
- Review aged creditors on a fortnightly basis and resolve outstanding issues and debit balances on creditor accounts in a timely manner.
- Carrying out weekly supplier, Online customer and staff payment runs including International payments via BACS, CHAPS or Cheque.
- Prepare supplier statement reconciliation and support the resolution of discrepancies.
- Resolve payment supplier queries within the agreed timeframes.
- Review and posting of Employee expenses and Credit Card transactions.
- Recharge expenses to subsidiaries.
- Filing and archiving.
- Assisting with the implementation of the new accounting system.
- Recommend and develop purchase ledger process improvements including process documentation. Drive automation of all expense claims and supporting employees.
- Other adhoc work requested by the Finance Manager.

Knowledge and skills

- Energetic, proactive and highly motivated individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word & Excel.
- Minimum 2-3 years? Experience in Accounts Payables in an international business - Large volume & Multiple Currencies.
- Experience in stock and freight invoice handling.

Education

- A bachelor?s degree.
- Currently studying ACCA/CIMA or AAT.

Allocator - Fashion Department-London King's Cross


We have an opportunity available at MUJI's European Head Office in London to join the Fashion team as an Allocator. The Allocator?s role is to support the Merchandise department to maximise the sales by managing allocations for the stores on the system, monitoring intake, contributing to the sales analysis and making sure the product stock is accurately distributed amongst MUJI Europe stores.


System Maintenance


- Input product data on the system management.

- Raise purchase orders.

- Plan allocations to stores on excel before inputting data on the system.

- Input replenishment levels for all stores as defined by the Assistant Merchandiser.

- Action on system the new prices for promotional limited offers.

- Review and allocate manual orders for each store.

- Help ensuring effective communication between suppliers, warehouse and stores.

- Run merchandising reports as and when required, adhering to deadlines given.

- Keep track of the delivery schedule and escalate any issues.


Communication


- Communicate with the warehouse on a regular basis regarding deliveries and distribution.

- Liaise with stores on a regular basis providing support concerning merchandising issues.

- In charge of end to end stock deliveries including relevant customs documentation.


General


- To assist the team on any issues that will help increase sales.

- General administration.

Junior Management Accountant-London King's Cross

We are looking for an experienced Junior Management Accountant t (preferably from retail) to join our Multi-Disciplinary Finance Team. This newly created role will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

Role and responsibilities

- Preparing journals for accruals, prepayments, depreciation and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing the inventory reconciliation and reports
- Assisting in closing the month end closing within 5 working days
- Identify the reasons for variances with the budget and the forecast
- Research and analyse business information, summarize results and prepare recommendations for decisions.
- Be an Integral part of the budgeting and forecasting process
- KPI reporting for the business stakeholders
- Reconciliation and analysis of actual costs.
- Involvement in the preparation of VAT returns.
- Supporting the Finance team ensuring month end deadlines are met and reporting is accurate.
- ONS Data surveys
- Ad-hoc analysis and other duties as and when required.

Knowledge and skills

Temp Picker/Packer-North Acton



As a Full-time Temporary Picker/Packer you will be based at the warehouse in North Acton. Reporting to the Online Manager, your main responsibilities are to accurately process online orders including picking and packing. We are looking for somebody who is efficient and has excellent attention to detail.

Experience in a similar role or knowledge of online business practices would be beneficial but not essential.

You must demonstrate:
-Strong organisational skills
-Excellent product knowledge
-Efficient communication and the ability to work within any team
