We only accept credit or debit cards when ordering online. Cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept Electron, Discover or American Express.
Please ensure that the billing address of the card used matches the delivery address as a negative match may result in the transaction being declined. Your card is charged at the time you place the order.
MUJI uses Barclaycard ePDQ, which is an online payment service from Barclays bank. Payment details for ePDQ are entered over a secure link to Barclays bank who will then authorize the payment after first checking the details that have been entered. Credit Card details entered on to the ePDQ system are kept securely by Barclays bank and are not transmitted to MUJI.
