How do I know if my refund has been processed?

Returns can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. 

Once your return has been received we will contact you to arrange the refund or exchange you have requested. In some cases where a refund is due we will need to contact you by phone to arrange this. Please be sure to factor in the shipment time for your return back to us. When your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. 

If more than 15 days have gone by and you believe a refund should have been processed yet you have not received your notification, please contact MUJIONLINE@muji.co.uk.
