Delivery Questions

How is furniture delivered?

Your furniture can be delivered within 28 days (subject to stock availability) or at a later date of your choice. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted and our national subcontracted forwarding agency will contact you regarding a delivery date.

The delivery is made until your doorstep. The driver cannot help assembling the furniture and cannot remove old furniture or packaging. The driver will stay while you check your order.

In the unlikely event that any discrepancies arise after the driver has already driven again, please contact kundenservice@de.muji.eu.

Can I track my order?

We can provide tracking information from the time of shipment via DHL.

Please note that you will probably receive another email with shipment details from DHL within 24 hours of our shipping confirmation.

Shipping & Shipping Costs

Please refer to the table below for shipping costs. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. The amount will be displayed again before you send your order.

If, for technical reasons, we deliver your order in several parts, we will of course only calculate the shipping costs once.

  1. We deliver within Germany and to the following other countries: Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Czech Republic. Please note that there are higher delivery costs for shipments outside of Germany and a slightly longer shipping time must be expected (see shipping costs and delivery times). The delivery time within Germany is approx. 7 to 14 days. Please note that the delivery time for deliveries within Europe is up to 28 days.
  2. We make every effort to ensure that all products shown in the catalogue are also available to you. However, due to high customer demand, it can happen in individual cases that some products may be out of stock. Some products are seasonal and therefore only available for a short time. If an item of the product you have selected is not available at the time you place your order or is not available within the delivery period of 14 days, we will inform you of this immediately. A contract is not concluded in this case. If necessary, we will refund you immediately.
  3. We are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense if and to an extent that is reasonable for you.
