General shipment of goods

Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive further tracking information about the status of your shipment from the shipping service provider by email.

Orders should generally reach you within 10 working days but can take up to 28 days in special situations.

If you have not received your order within the given timeframes, please let our customer service team know as soon as possible.

Please contact us about the whereabouts of your shipment only after the above delivery times have expired.

Unfortunately, after more than 3 months from the date of dispatch we are no longer able to assist you with the whereabouts of your shipment.

Please note that we cannot give you exact delivery dates as we have no influence on the processes of our shipping service provider.

We ship to all EU countries, Switzerland and Norway, except Romania & Bulgaria.

Please note: Furniture items can only be delivered to the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

Furniture delivery is available to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Denmark.

Your furniture can be delivered within 28 days (subject to stock availability) or at a later date of your choice. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted and our national subcontracted forwarding agency will contact you regarding a delivery date.

The delivery is made to your doorstep. The driver cannot help assembling the furniture or remove old furniture or packaging. The driver will stay while you check your order.

In the unlikely event that any discrepancies arise after the driver has left, please contact kundenservice@de.muji.eu.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Additionally, the shipping service provider will send you updates about the status of your shipment via email.

Please refer to the table below for shipping costs. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart and displayed before you submit your order.

For technical reasons, if we need to deliver your order in multiple shipments, we will only charge the shipping cost once.

We strive to ensure that all products listed online are available. However, due to high demand or seasonality, some items may become out of stock or only available for a limited time. If the product you have selected is unavailable or cannot be delivered within 14 days, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed with your order. You may have the option to keep the entire order on back order, fulfill the available items first and ship the rest when back in stock, or receive a refund for the unavailable items. Please do not hesitate to discuss these options with our customer service team.

Bulky Items

Please note: when sending bulky goods, the shipping costs cannot be specified in advance. After placing your order on our website, you will receive an offer for the shipping costs and can then make the payment.

Bulky items are approximately 10-28 days (subject to stock availability) or can be delivered at a later date of your choosing. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted and our national subcontracted courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery is curbside. The driver cannot help with assembling the furniture or remove old furniture or packaging. The driver will stay while you check your order.
