Raspberry Guimauve

Our Guimauve mallows are produced in France to a traditional recipe using egg whites and sugar, creating a light and fluffy mallow, infused with raspberry.

Ingredients:
Sugar, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, egg white from free‐range hens, humectant: sorbitols, beef gelatin, natural raspberry flavour, dehydrated raspberry (0.3%), acidity regultor: citric acid, concentrated apple juice, corn starch, colouring foods: beet, sweet potato and purple carrot juice concentrates.

Allergy Information: This product may contain traces of gluten and nuts. Manufactured in France with raspberries from more than one country (non‐UK/non‐EU).
